Mayfair chair refurbishing

In this project for a private client in Mayfair, our task was to restore the old

and battered leather to its original and lustrous appearance. We sent one of our consultants

to inspect the problem and also found that one of the legs was broken.

Leather Clinic organised for the chair to be taken to the studio.

It was mandatory to fix the broken part before passing the chair on to the leather stage.

A sample, using the same colour leather, was produced by our leather technologist

in order to test. Once the client was happy with the particular colour, the daqmaged area

was re-upholstered with the same type of leather. Next step was to recolour the old leather

and return it to the client. You can see the result in the picture above.
